The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Professor Xu Lisheng of Northeastern University.
He Dakuo, deputy dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering of Northeastern University, delivered a speech on behalf of the organizer, expounding in detail the significance of the conference and the expectations for the development of related fields. Oral Presentation
The oral reports were hosted by Qi Shouliang of Northeastern University, Zhang Kexin of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhao Changchen of Hangzhou Dianzi University, Li Chunsheng of Shenyang University of Technology, Sun Xiaoyu of Northeastern University, Gao Mengdi of Beijing University of Technology, Guo Zengzhi of Northeastern University, Du Shuo of Hebei University and Bai Yang of China Medical University. More than 20 experts and scholars were invited to give reports in two sub-venues, offline and online, focusing on a number of sub-topics, and shared their innovative ideas and practical experience in related fields. The contents of the reports are both theoretical and practical, showing the active thinking and solid achievements of young scholars in research, promoting the collision of academic views and gestating the bud of cooperation opportunities.
The closing ceremony of the conference was delivered by Yang Dongsheng, vice president of the School of Information Science and Engineering of Northeastern University. He reviewed the agenda and exchange results of this meeting, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the wonderful reports of the participating experts, the active participation of young scholars and the hard work of the conference team.
